As a survivor of relational trauma and dysfunctional family dynamics,

I know firsthand what it’s like living with the impact of your past experiences and how challenging it is to break out of their shackles.

Healing and growth happen in the space between
what you experience and how you respond to it.

Emotional healing is not just a mental process, and it cannot happen only through your mind.

​

True healing requires increased harmony and alignment in your mind-body-soul connection, as well as a safer relationship with

your environment. My approach to my own healing journey as well as my work with clients incorporates all these elements,

and I leverage a variety of modalities as part of this work, such as art, mindfulness, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation,

parts work, and many more!

Having guided myself out of extreme darkness and disconnection to where I am today using these exact modalities, I have experienced firsthand just how powerful they can be when combined, and that’s how they came together to form the core of my work as an Emotional Healing Coach.

One-off Coaching Sessions

​

If you feel like an intensive program isn't for you at this time, I also offer one-off coaching sessions.

​

This is a great option if you just need some clarity and support on a specific issue or specific area of life you're struggling with,

and it's also a great way to get a feel for my coaching style and gauge if we might be a good fit for the coaching program, should you want to explore it in the future.

 

In this 90 minutes session we will

  • Clearly define the main issue you're struggling with and where you currently stand in relation to it

  • Uncover any behavior patterns / coping strategies you might have developed and might be playing out unconsciously

  • Identify where and how this issue might be manifesting in your body (using somatic awareness)

  • Uncover your blockages / limiting core beliefs that might be keeping you stuck (using somatic awareness)

  • Identify some key aspects for you to focus on in order to get to the next level of your healing journey
